I came to Berlin to learn German and, although I am doing a good job with my courses, I still have a long way to go. I am a native Spanish and English speaker. As part of the social service program at my high school, I taught English to children from 6 to 15 years old in a rural school on the outskirts of Mexico City, and I gave Literature tutoring to 14-year-old students. My most recent experience working with children was at a social reintegration center in Mexico, where I helped redesign the center's classrooms and gymnasium. I tried to integrate the children in every process, trying to make it fun and engaging for both parties. Not only do I enjoy teaching, but cooking also. I have no problem helping out with cooking and meal-prepping. I quite enjoy it!
