I have 5 years of experience in handling my Niece 24*7 and I know I was very gentle in the process( includes potty training, feeding help, games, dance, putting her to sleep, changing diapers and everything) I have references I can share with you. I'm also able to do the shopping, cook (Indian, but can always learn new recipes as you like), help with homework( English- I speak fluent and also A2 level German), do some light housework (if needed).
